• How much does it cost to convert my VHS tapes and/or DVDs?

It costs $10 to convert each 2 Hr VHS tape or DVD. You can choose what type of Cloud storage you'd like to use. We recommend Google Drive- as it costs only $2 per month for 100 GB of storage. You can also opt to have us transfer your memories onto one of our 100 GB flashdrives, for an additional $20.

• How long does it take to convert my video tapes and/or DVDs?

It depends on how many VHS Tapes or DVDs you'd like to convert. It will take approximately 1 week for 25 conversions, 2 weeks for 50, and 3 weeks for 100. Turnaround time depends on current volume. Please let us know if you need your order completed by a specific time and we will prioritize it!

• What format are my VHS tapes or DVDs going to be in?​

​

Your VHS tapes or DVDs will be converted into high quality MP4 files that are ready to share in the Cloud or stored in a hard drive/flash drive!

• How do I send my VHS tapes or DVDs to you?

​

You can choose how you'd like to give us your tapes- we can meet you at your home or in a public setting to pick them up or you can drop them off. Contact us to coordinate!

• How can I pay for the conversions?

​

We accept Venmo, Cashapp, Apple Pay, Zelle or Cash! All orders are paid for upfront! Tips welcome for fast service :)

• How will my home videos be sent back to me/stored?

​

We will return your original VHS Tapes and DVDs to you once all your memories have been converted! We can also recycle them for you for free if you would like!
